Three ways potholes get found
One report is easy to ignore. Thousands of verified reports, with photos and coordinates, are not.
Citizen photos
Take a photo in the app. Location is captured automatically, AI checks the severity, and repeat reports of the same spot become extra sightings instead of duplicates.
Public cameras
City camera networks can stream frames to us. AI flags fresh potholes — and two clear-road frames count as proof of repair.
Dashcam partners
With the driver's permission, dashcam apps share geotagged frames. Same AI check, same escalation, no extra effort from anyone.
The escalation ladder
Reminders go out weekly with the photo, the exact location and how long it has been open. After two unanswered reminders, the report moves up a level.
